THE ART OF INVOLVEMENT, A REFLEXION ABOUT SPANISH CULTURAL HERITAGE AND COLLABORATION

What´s involved art or the art of involvement? It´s to experience heritage, not jus visit it. One an exemple:if you came to Spain, what would you like to do?  Eat at McDonald´s ,look for a big supermarket or hang out with more people from your country? Wouldn´t you rather enjoy the view from a bell tower of an old cathedral with spanish people?

For activities like the one you have here, I needed the collaboration of different people and institutions. But first of all, I needed to consider what I had learned with asimetrica.org during "Conferencia Anual del Márketing de las Artes" in Madrid. After attending this conference, I came back with homework:to organize this idea of collaboration but in my ordinary and real world,which means not thinking about symphonic orchestras and such things joining my activities.

Who could collaborate with my project? why? .What could I offer as benefit to them? On the one hand, I noticed the great lack of diffusion of my project. So I need someone!!! And here you have my choices and the results of the day. 

THE CATHEDRAL OF PAMPLONA ; Because it si the first in Spain on the Way of St James, for its excepcional cloister and its effort in the diffusion of cultural heritage. The exhibition "Occidens"www.expo-occidens.es and the restoration of the bells and the preservation of the bell ringer´s house

Palacio de Guendulain as an exemple of conservation of a past atmosphere and elegance with the avant garde comfort of a modern hotel in the middle  of the old town.

TRIBECA: A fashion handbag store in a suburb of Pamplona.It is charming and small ,therefore without the opportunity to afford an advertising campaign. To Tribeca, I offered a very special showcase for its handbags

In regards to to the cathedral and the palace, I asked permission to come  in and take pictures with the girls and the handbags. Of course, we took our photos at the cathedral outside the temple,remaining in the cloister and the bell tower out of respect for the Holy Sacrament.These places are shown in our pictures ( pictures by Joyce Baptista) and the  girls had an explanation and were invited to think about cultural heritage.
